Daybreak

In short, a genius master planned community. With homes, businesses, restaurants and shopping, it is almost a self-sustained development (with the exception of Target being across Bangerter Hwy).

Located in the Salt Lake Valley of Utah, Daybreak boasts parks, schools and energy-efficient homes built around a 65-acre lake.

Hi G. Lock,

I grew up in SLC and love the master planned communities around there. In fact, I remember growing up in farmington near lagoon and seeing the beautiful trees. I was actually considering purchasing land in a master planned community, and found this eBook helpful. Your readers might find it helpful as well.
